These Terms govern purchases from and use of Medjine Marketing LLC’s website and digital products. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.

Digital products

Products are downloadable templates, guides, worksheets, and educational materials. Product descriptions identify the files included. Access is provided after successful payment.

License

Each purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the product within one business. Finished materials may be used for that business’s marketing. Original files may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, distributed, posted publicly, or repackaged as another template product.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, audience growth, or any other result. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s business, offer, market, execution, and factors outside our control. Materials are educational and are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials, complying with laws and platform rules, obtaining rights to any images or data you use, and keeping your download files secure.

Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Chargebacks made without first giving us a reasonable chance to resolve a file-access or billing issue may result in loss of product access.

Intellectual property

Medjine Marketing retains ownership of the original products, branding, and website content. The limited license above does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medjine Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of a product. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
