Digital Product Refund Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access is provided.

File problems

If a purchased file is missing, defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, or inaccessible, email support@medjinemarketing.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include your order email and a description of the issue. We will first repair, replace, or restore access within a reasonable time. If we cannot do so, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Duplicate charges

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

Change of mind

We generally do not refund purchases because a buyer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, lacks compatible software, or did not review the product description before purchasing.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
